Check out this inspirational video of a man that was told that he’d never walk again after a parachuting injury. Depression and weight gain became another hard challenge. He’s was also a miracle that started practicing hatha yoga in small increments and gradually became stronger. Later, he could not only do amazing yoga but he eventually started walking, jogging, and running freely with his new lean and strong body.
